We had a 10 day vacation in Japan last month, we used this pocket wifi everyday outside from 8am til 11pm. It comes with a 5000mAH powerbank incase you need more juice. We only used the powerbank a couple of times because thenpocketwifi battery is good. Reception and speed is fast. It work in bullet trains and subways. There are a few times signal was lost, but it comes back again. Two mobile phones are connected to it all the time and we never had a problem with connectivity. It is easy to use, to return, and cheaper than esim. Your phone battery will also last longer because you only use wifi not mobile data.

Used this on my trip to Tokyo and it worked amazing! The battery life was great and with the portable charger included I was able to use it from sunrise to sunset no problem and it worked wherever I went with no issues.
