Excellent device - no problems at all!

I booked a pocket wifi online and made a request for the delivery to my hotel. It was there when i arrived at the hotel. It was fast and reliable.

Pocket wifi package was delivered in the hotel which is very convenient. I ordered business wifi since there are only 3 of us who will connect to the device and only used it mainly for google maps. Connection was fast and reliable. Power of the pocket wifi device lasted the whole day. I am happy and very satisfied for availing the service from Japan Wireless.

The material was in very good quality and it was very user friendly. I would highly recommend Japan wireless.

Provided us good coverage in Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka and along the Kumano Kodo and the battery lasted a full day
