Japan Wireless was wonderful and kept us connected to the internet (and not lost!) in Tokyo, Kyoto, Okayama, and even in more remote areas like Naoshima and Hakone. Highly recommend for other tourists!

Long lasting battery, didnt even use the powerbank that comes with it because it literally lasted a whole day use with gps open most of the time. So easy to use and has clear instructions with pick up and drop off. Very good signal everywhere we go. I will rent again when we go back in japan. :)

Japan Wireless WiFi should be an essential purchase for your trip. We picked it up at the airport and were connected with fast, reliable Internet for our entire trip. It makes it so easy to find places, perform quick translations and check social media. I honestly don't think our trip would have been as good without it.

The employees at the airport in Tokio were very courteous an committed.
