Limited battery life on main unit, need to use the included power back to get through the day. Connectivity was pretty good overall.

We requested for the pocket WiFi to he delivered to our hotel and it was delivered on time. It was very easy to set up and the connection was very strong and I didn’t have any problem with it. I had a great connection anywhere I was. When it was time to return it, the drop box was easy to locate. I’m very happy with Japan wireless. It was as wonderful as Japan and their people.

Hello,
JPW is the best! We have no issues connecting 4G LTE. Online at all times. I’d recommend JPW. I’ll definitely use their pocket wifi when I’m back. Ease of use, pickup, and return. The only thing is a little bit pricey for what it is. Thank you.
Sincerely,
Rosulo Donida

I used the system during a month in Japan (2026). Wifi was available everywhere
Produkt：Premium WifiOverall - great company. Got to my hotel and the device was there. Battery lasted longer than expected. However, make sure you have an extra charger so you can charge it. It was simple to return. Return envelop was included and it was easy. FYI hotels have postal drop offs.
Produkt：Premium WifiJapan Wireless delivered the device to the hotel. It was easy to set up and functioned well to support three devices. The battery charged lasted about 10 hours and they included a battery pack to recharge. The pre-addressed and pre-paid envelope made for an easy return, especially with the hotel staff assisting in the mailing.
