The wifi was really easy to set up and use. The battery lasted most of the day, so having the back up battery was nice. Returning was simple and included pictures pointing out which drop box to use.

I had a great experience with this Japan WiFi service. It was reliable, easy to use, and provided a stable connection throughout my trip. Since I had just purchased a new phone that was still carrier-locked, I couldn't use an eSIM, so renting a WiFi device was the perfect solution. It worked flawlessly and kept me connected everywhere I needed to go. I highly recommend this service to anyone traveling to Japan, especially if an eSIM isn't an option.
