It was easy to use, connected mostly anywhere, and the customer service was great! Third time using, perfect as usual!

Delivery to the hotel worked perfectly. The rechargeable battery was almost holding up to 24 hours. And the bandwith was always fuily available.
And finally returning by dropping the device within the prepared envelope into any post box worked without flaws, too.
It was overall an excellent experience and I can highly recommend Japan Wirleless.

The ease of purchasing and installing the E-Sim was seamless. Moreover, the connectivity offered was amazing, be it in the underground metro or the mountains, there were no issues with the networks whatsoever. I'll recommend this to every traveler.

I used Japan wireless business Wi-Fi during the time I spent visiting Japan in mid April this year. I found this very convenient to have, providing excellent connectivity where I went on Honshu Island as well as Kyushu. I never experienced connectivity problems anywhere. Access to the web it was easy, as was the use of an online translator (English to Japanese) which proved invaluable throughout the trip. The only drawback was the relative size of the mobile Wi-Fi, and the need to charge it more than once a day, which was a bit annoying. Would I recommend this? Certainly would, all things considered!!

The entire process was quite simple and the price is reasonable. I would have liked an app to monitor my current usage. Other than that, excellent.
