During our trip to Japan, we used the best portable Wi-Fi device and experienced no connection problems at all. The customer service was excellent, and it was easy to both pick up and return the device. I would highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Japan.

QR code made it simple to setup eSim.
Used across Osaka and Kyoto and also while travelling on trains including Shinkansen and Haruka Express.

Good coverage, battery laster most of the day without needing a boost. Easy to pick up and return, would definitely use next time!

Must have . Works anytime anywhere

Very happy with this rental. I travelled to Japan several times and always used this device. Very useful and very satisfied

We travelled with a family of 3. Having a pocket wifi made it easy for us to access the internet without surprises in data charges

Autonomie impeccable avec batterie complémentaire fournie. 5 téléphones dessus sans problème. Process de retour net

Really a great product

As first time visitor to Japan I looked around at various eSIM data offerings. Being here for 3 weeks I wanted to be sure to have enough data to use my iPhone extensively. OK I overshot. After 2 weeks I used 11GB of my 50 GB. Had always good 4G connectivity. Only drawback it does NOT let you use the iPhone as hotspot which would at times been useful with the iPad.

Very pleased with this WiFi. Simple to connect and worked well. I connected 3 phones with no problem.
