The pick up process for smooth and easy. The unit itself, charging cord, pouch and instructions were all included. The unit was very easy to use and I was able to connect everywhere I visited. I had no issues at all. Returning the item was very simple as well. I was able to mail the item and accessories at the mailbox in the airport. I would recommend using this service to friends and family and when I go back to japan I would most definitely make a reservation again.

We used the device for about ten days as a wifi hot spot for 3 phones and it worked perfectly everywhere. Pickup and drop off without any problems.

Coverage was excellent throughout Japan (except at sea), speed high enough, and the included powerbank was handy also for a phone. Good value when shared with a travel companion / group.

The device is super easy to use, very efficient and powerful. The procedure (delivery and return) is fast, precise and easy too. I always send it back from airport mail boxes and never had a problem.
Since I go to Japan for work and need to be connected 24h I always rely on this service cause it never disapointed me.

The pocket wifi by Japan Wireless was a good choice. Pick-up at Kansai Airport went smooth and from the moment it is turned on you can use it. Fully charged battery is mandatory when you head out on your day programme, but with the powerbank given there is never a moment without wifi. All in all a great experience!
