Very reliable and stable network all the way through thanks for the service

Great tool. Have used on several business trips and never disapointed.

Though I activated my eSIM in advance while still in my country, but I did not start using the data till I reached Japan, The service worked for full 15 days of my stay in Japan (I had bought a 15 day plan). The service was also very good. I recommend using Japan Wireless eSIM for visit to Japan.

Everything went very smoothly. Will be availing this again when I go back to Japan

Easy to buy, easy to pick up, easy to use

Price was awesome and coverage was great throughout Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka.

Good service, easy to arrange

I used a different company’s pocket WiFi last year which had trouble. This year, I asked your staff to set it up at the Haneda airport this year. I enjoyed to use it without any problem. Thank you!

Picked up and returned at the airport. Worked perfect providing wifi our entire trip in multiple cities around Japan.

Cela fonctionne très bien, nous étions 2 personnes connecté sur le boîtier Wi-Fi, fonctionne même dans le métro à Tokyo.
