We had a great experience during our Japan trip thanks to this pocket WiFi. The connection was fast and reliable everywhere we went. I highly recommend renting from this provider, and I will definitely use them again on our next visit to Japan!

Excellent reliable product when travelling.

Took a while to realize pickup was at a shipping counter (rather than a Japan Wireless). Instructions were technically correct. I didn't have context. Other than that... battery lasted lot longer. Great speed.
