Very easy to use and efficient. The battery don't last a full day which is why the external battery provided comes in handy!

Highly recommend this brand! Comes with a powerbank also! Super handy!

It was amazing. We couldnt have moved so fredlys through Japan without it!

Ordered it. Picked it up at the airport. Used it for 2 weeks. And mailed it back. Easiest and most convenient service for wireless internet. Thank you Japan wireless!

From Tokyo to Kyoto. Japan-wireless served us well. Connection was excellent. Pocket wifi was delivered to our hotel as requested. Many thanks for your reliable service.

I got the prepaid data card to help with checking train times, maps, websites etc. The 500Mb limit for day is pretty generous considering this is the limit for most portable WiFi networks. It worked fine in my first SIM card slot.

Worked perfectly! Fast and no problems!

Everything was easy. The pocket wifi was waiting for us at our hotel when we arrived. It worked seamlessly. I can’t imagine how our trip would have been without it.

Perfect and easy to use in every aspect.
I highly recommend it!!

Good!
