Fast, reliable, and cheap. I will definitely use the service again if I'm ever fortunate enough to return to Japan.

Super fast and great to use, the whole process was seamless and highly recommend.

Great service

Worked perfectly the whole time. Handy to have it all in the cover case and the portable battery pack included was a nice bonus. Would definitely recommend.

Great!

Everything about it was easy- ordering, picking up, setting up, charging and returning. The only thing is that if you are using multiple devices, everyone has to be within range of the person carrying the pocket wifi.

We were very happy with the 2 devices we rented. The coverage was very good, even in the areas of Mount Haruna and Mount Myogi.

Thank you for the great product and service. We will definitely use your product again when returning to Japan.

The entire process of booking, collecting the device, using it and its performance was just perfect! Thank you Japan Wireless. As a group of 8 this device was ideal to stay connected throughout Japan!

Easy to use, reliable wifi

We traveled to Japan from the US and it was extremely convenient, simple, and useful to rent a WiFi modem from Japan wireless. Do it! Save yourself the worry of intl phone charges!
