Charge the device and it will last the whole day. We were using ours for Snapchat, WhatsApp and Google maps pretty much constantly, and we'd still have about half battery left when we got back. Absolutely cannot fault the service and we've had a great connection everywhere we went. Great stuff.

We will order this again when visit Japan, and recommend everyone to use this product.
We enjoyed having this pocket wifi, it’s small enough to carry, very high speed, comes with the charger, unlimited, and connects up to 10 devices. Also very affordable!

It worked perfect. And worked perfect everything: the delivery, the apartus itself and the redlivery. Even the suplementary batery with cables was usefull.
There is only one thing to improve, the possibility of having the screen in English.

The order and delivery process worked well and as announced and expected. Unfortunately, the delivered pocket wifi was too old. The battery did not last long, it lost network connection quite easily and heated up while searching for a new connection. When it got too hot, it turned itself off. This happened about 4-5 times a day.

We asked for help and within 2 days, another, new pocket wifi was sent to our location. This one worked as expected.

It is 4 stars because those old pocket wifis need to be replaced completely with new ones. But the reaction of the service team was quick, very professiona. Good job!

Convenient & portable. It does turn off (i.e. WiFi gets disconnected) on its own so had to reconnect throughout the day. Otherwise good. Somewhat heavy; not sure if it can be made with less weight & slimmer (i.e. “egg” from Korea).

It was perfectly working!
