Very easy to setup and use. We've been to Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka and no problem encountered.

worked awesomely, my only issue i ran into was, it seems to overheat when you use it while it charges.. otherwise i never had an issue with it. I would recommend it, and will rent another one on my next trip!

I ordered it three days before the arrival in Tokyo. The product was delivered on time at the hotel reception. Working well all days of the travel. No connection problem and the battery remains charged quite all the day. It is equipped with a battery pack, cable and tge enveloppe to return it at the end of the booking. Returning at the post in the airport before departure is really confortable. I really recommend it!

Very helpful we were able to navigate Japan very easily with the help of this device.

longlasting battery life and perfect solution when travelling. unlimited download. would definitely recommend it!

During our 2weeks travel across Japan with this mobile router we had always internet connection even on high speed train travels.
Very handy device.

Japan wireless were great ! Easily picked up from the post office at the airport, worked everywhere with super fast speeds, wouldn’t go to japan without it.

Extremely happy with the WiFi, collection, return and reliability. Will definitely use this service the next time we are in Japan
