The card was at my hotel when I arrived. The set up is super easy to do. Then, no network issue during 30days. Just perfect.

Great service, good price and long battery life. Only complain is device software was only in Japanese wit no other languages available.

This is second time I ordered a portable WiFi unit from this company. Last time I used for traveling the South side of Japan in May 2018. Very good and seemingly not very expensive. This time I will use it to travel in Hokkaido and the Tohoku area

Great experience with JW

We had nothing but amazing service using Japan Wireless for the two weeks we were in Japan. We literally arrived at our hotel the first day to check in and our wireless router was waiting for us complete with instructions on how to use it and return it. When we were leaving, all we had to do was place everything into the provided return packaging and drop into the mailbox at the airport! Seamless service!

We were a family of 6 linked on the pocket wifi, no lag no problem. It was very easy to setup and worked 2 minutes after reception. The only small point to improve is the battery duration about 10 hours not enough for our long escapades but we appreciated the extra battery provided.

Wonderful service and experience

Sin duda un gran acierto. No nos falló en ningún momento. Dos móviles conectados todo el día. Siempre con Google Maps abierto, aparte de otras búsquedas. Y la batería duraba, sin tener que recargar, desde las ocho de la mañana hasta las nueve de la noche!!
En fin, del todo recomendable!!
