Easy to order, pickup, use, and return. Made my experience in Japan very memorable because I was always connected and found my way around with things to do. Definitely recommend using one.

No hassle. Just pick up and drop off at post box at airport.

The best choice to have great holidays !!! MANY THANKS

I had a little issues with my 1st pocket wi-fi and with one e-mail problem resolved and got a new one right away, I will use Japan-wireless again on my next trip.

This is the third time renting while my stay in Japan. I travel all over Japan and I can count on hooking my pc for my work as well as my smart phone. My co-worker rented from an another company and constantly had connectivity issues.

It has been a great device working in a great mobile network

It was super convenient , fast and easy to fit in my purse. Worked amazing with 3 devices connected to it.

Vert practical

Cannot fault japan wireless at all, everything was so easy from collection to use to drop off. The wifi is a really great strength and multiple people uses it all day.

My only recommendation for people getting the wifi would be to make sure you turn it off at your hotel as we often left it on rather than use the hotel wifi and the battery drained heavily!

Used it for two weeks. Always working fine. A little bit expansive compared to similar service in other Countries
