I used this product while in Japan and it worked very well and was simple to use. It held a charge for long days at work. I would definitely rent this product again on any of my trips to Japan and would recommend it to everyone.

Excellent Wi-Fi provider! It was always strong and reliable, plus easy to use. For my first trip to Japan, this was really great to use to keep in touch with family and to explore.

We had a very strong signal in Tokyo, Fussa, Mt. Fuji and Kyoto!! Plus easy pickup at Narita airport from Japan postal service. Plus easy drop off with prepaid postage from Japan postal service when departing from Narita airport!

This was the best thing I did !!
Works really well no issues at all.

We did not have any problems with the wifi, very reliable, easy to pick up and drop off at the airport. The power bank was very handy! Would definitely recommend the service :)

It has been very important for me to have a web support to walking in Tokyo !
