Great service, very handy, and user friendly.

Very happy with the wifi. Lasted well throughout the day. Very handy to have it waiting for us at the hotel when we arrived, and airport drop off was super easy.

Great service! And great connection. Spare battery was a wonderful extra for no charge!

Overall great. However, the duration of the battery power quite fast drain out.

I just wished the SIM only plan would support normal phone calls and not data calls via Facebook or Whatsapp

The premium WiFi that we rented was ever bit as good as advertised. Always a strong signal, easy to carry, & easy to charge. Wouldn’t travel to Japan without it.

This helped a lot in getting around and keeping me connected. It was easy to use and pick up and drop off went super smoothly. Awesome, thank you ^^
