I have been using this wifi service for about 10 years, always good price, quality wifi.

So please with your undisrupted service while I was in Japan in all of the cities I visited. I especially appreciated being able to return it at a different airport than the one I picked up!

easy to pick up at airport; easy to set up and use; comes with power bank to last for more than a day; easy drop & return to Japan post mailbox at airport; and reasonable daily price points...

Received quickly, sent with battery backup, cable, and pouch. Never failed me. Sent back via airport mailbox near security. Easy peesy!

Good and frendly service

Awesome fast and it helps us navigate our whole trip with no problems

Pocket wifi package was delivered in the hotel which is very convenient. I ordered business wifi since there are only 3 of us who will connect to the device and only used it mainly for google maps. Connection was fast and reliable. Power of the pocket wifi device lasted the whole day. I am happy and very satisfied for availing the service from Japan Wireless.

I was very content to work whit this premium Wi-Fi. Thanks!

We used this product prior to Covid and their service. We were always satisfied so we came back.

Bought 2 of the SIMs for a recent 3 week trip to Japan. I can highly recommend them. Pick up at Haneda airport was super easy, the SIMs worked perfectly all trip. 100% recommend.
