Very good experience in processing and operation.

Upon our arrival in our first hotel in Japan, the receptionist gave us our Japan Wireless before we could ask for it. Equipped with a charger, chargeable with our own power bank, we went our way permanently linked up. Excellent!

This was a fantastically convenient service, and one that I would be happy to use again. Having the device delivered to our hotel was very helpful.

The ordering and collection of the pocket wi-fi were very easy and it was very easy to set up and use. I would highly recommend it.

I bought the package before I arrived in Japan. Having wireless all the time saved me as a solo traveler who doesn’t speak Japanese. I could communicate and use Google maps. It was easy to install and also easy to return. Definitely recommend this company and the service.

Nothing to complain about. Delivered to hotel room at arrival and easy return at the airport.

Very happy with the service

Worked mostly without issue! Just required a restart every other day.

Good value for money.

The WiFi was very useful during our trip to Japan. The pickup was a little difficult as the map needs to be updated. But once I got it at the airport there were no issues. The drop off was super easy as well. Just pack and mail it in
