Wonderful experience. Easy to pickup and drop off. Unit was a breeze to connect, light weight. Extremely useful thankful we purchased it to use.

In Osaka, Kyoto, Nara, the internet is stable and high speed.

Very long power time

Convenient pickup in Airport. Just be sure to confirm which kiosk to pick up from. There are multiple kiosks located in the airport that support many different providers. Speed of device was adequate and no issues experienced with signal drop. Battery lasted all day without having to use the provided wireless battery charger.

Everything worked perfectly. Our compliments. Easy installation and handling, we had range everywhere, the whole family - 5 people - could make use of the wifi. Easy to send in at the end. It could hardly be better. We had a bigger powerbank with us ourselves.
But the instructions were rather vaguely printed, a clearer copy would be better.

Thank you for being part of our first memorable trip in Japsn. We’ll surely be back and visit. YOur service made our experience more convenient and fun! It helped a lot for usto connect with one another and our families too. It has coverage everywhere in Osaka. It was cheap too as sll of us 4 were able to connect. It was smooth and easy for pick up and returns too, hassle free. We’ll definitely use your service again once we come back soon next year. Thank you

Great service, great support, it worked everywhere great!

Very nice experience with this little, easy to access and oh so useful tool. I also recommend the company that rented it to me

Had fast and stable internet all throughout my Japan journey! Definitely would recommend to anyone that’s traveling in groups. Not only was navigation great but streaming was also very fast. There were times when the internet speeds were slower but a quick reset fixed that right away.

Al mio primo viaggio in giappone ho affittato un pocket wifi con japan wireless ed è stato una scheggia è andato benissimo la connessione il pocket è estremamente facile da utilizzare. super consigliato
