Couldn’t be happier with Japan-Wireless.
Easy to book online, parcel was waiting for me in my hotel room on arrival to Tokyo and it was easy to set up.
I had a week in Tokyo and wireless connection was faultless.
Drop off at airport extremely easy.
I would highly recommend and would definitely use again in the future.

Fast, reliable, seamless pick up/delivery and drip off

This is such a good service, smooth and easy to pick up and drop off. Excellent coverage as i was traveling all over Japan, on the Shinkansen. I would highly recommend using Japan Wireless.

Worked perfectly without any issues for two tech savvy tourist. We even had signal halfway up Fuji!

Was ready in our hotel by arrival. A smart zippered attache bag contained the Wifi box, a 5,000mah power bank, electric plug and a suitable cable. Wifi worked very well everywhere (apart from some reflecting off big city blocks whilst using Google Maps, something that can't be avoided.)

Just finished a 9 day stay in Japan. Wi-Fi was fast and we never had any issues. Would def use again!

Have rented these for over the last 18 months several times. I noticed the last one I rented 1-16 September would occasionally go dead on WI-FI without any notice. Never had that issue with the devices with the small antenna.

Best time ever, connection was great.

used it for 2 weeks travel and it really help my journey to 5 different cities

Very good wifi, very good customer service, fair prices
