This was my first experience renting from Japan Wireless. It was very easy to reserve online, was delivered on time to my hotel, and worked great! Instructions and return were super easy to follow. Highly recommend!

Awesome, efficient, convenient and on time service. Had already told a friend to use it. Will definitely use it again.

This is my third time to use japan wireless.Very satisfied with the wifi. Wide coverage, long life battery, easy to use and return.

During my staying in Osaka, I needed a Pocket Wi-Fi. After comparing and analyzing every offer I find on the internet, Japan Wireless was the best in my opinion. Communication is polite, fast and clear. When I picked up the device, it was fully charged and worked just fine ! Even far from cities, we could have access to the internet.
I trully recommand Japan Wireless and I will certainly use the service again !

Wonderful!!

Received the router, used it (30 GB in 2 weeks), gave it back, no issues whatsoever.

Japan wireless was a great help to and companion of our trip.
Wherever we where traveling, on remote islands, in bullet trains, out on the country side we always hat access to wi-fi and through this, to mappping- translation and information apps. The gadgets worked perfect and the handling from receiving all the way to returning the products worked extremely well and uncomplicated. Never travel Japan without Japan wireless!

Received on time, never failed and easy to connect
