I have used Japan wireless several times in Japan and have found that there service and equipment to be excellent! I have never had to recharge the battery because it lasts all day and night. At the end returning it is easy and convenient!

Easy to use. Strong signal.

The pocket WiFi that we used while traveling through Japan was a MUST. My wife and I agree on our next trip no matter what we need to make sure we have our SUICA, GO App and Pocket WiFi! It is critical if you want internet access no matter where you are!

Using the Japan Wireless Premium Wi-Fi device made our trip to Japan so much more enjoyable and stress-free! Having reliable internet access at our fingertips was invaluable, whether we were using Google Maps for navigating Tokyo’s streets, translating menus and signs, or researching activities on the go. The device provided a strong connection everywhere we went, even in more remote areas.

One of the biggest advantages of having pocket Wi-Fi is the ability to stay connected without relying on local SIM cards or worrying about data limits. We could easily coordinate with friends, stream videos, and stay updated on social media, all without any hiccups. The convenience of being able to use GPS for walking directions was especially helpful in a country like Japan, where street signs can sometimes be tricky to follow.

We would definitely recommend investing in a portable Wi-Fi device, especially in Japan. It made our trip smoother, more enjoyable, and allowed us to explore with confidence. A must-have for any traveler!

Easy to activate, good coverage around Tokyo and Mt Fuji. Highly recommend.

This new small and powerful device is essential to ensure a 24h connection during your Japan round trip. This is the best solution for two or more people, 1 device, multiple simultaneous connections. Super trusted!!!

Easy to use and happy with the reception.

Worked perfectly, used it with three people, better than any hotel Wi-Fi, battery life was great.

The pickup and setup were easy. The signal was great in both big and small cities, and the price was better than the eSIM, in my opinion.

It was delivered ahead of schedule to the hotel where I was staying and it worked perfectly every day, in every city. It came with setup instructions and a key to open the SIM card compartment. I recommend it.
