This was my first time using a service such as this, and I was pleasantly surprised at how seamless and easy it was to utilize. I took the wireless router with us during our excursions around Kyushu, and it worked perfectly wherever we were. We're planning a return trip to Japan in 3 years, and I will once again sign up for this service.

Second time using Japan wireless, would definitely recommend to friends and family.

We are using this WiFi unit to navigate driving in Kawaguchiko, touring northern Honshu and driving around eastern Hokkaido. So far all is going smoothly. We have had no WiFi problems at all.

Great reliable unit, we had no problems at all.

great service

The wifi worked perfectly everywhere in Japan that we went. When our flight was changed, Japan wireless answered our emails right away and made sure to reship the internet modem so that we where able to pick it up in another airport. Perfect service. Easy pick up and delivery. Everything was great

all good

Perfect service thanks

It was the most reliable unit out of the three that we tested.

It’s very easy to pick it up from the airport. Fast internet with extra a battery bank.
