The first thing I always pick up on arrival. Very easy.

Really had no issues, but it only allowed 8 simultaneous connections instead of 10. With so many people with phones and kids with ipads, it was really 2 less than what we really needed.

The portable Wifi works great, no problem when I was in Tokyo.

We rented a premium WiFi for a holiday in Japan. The unit worked flawlessly giving us fast internet wherever we went. The unit was waiting for us at our hotel when we arrived and was easy to return using the pre-paid postage bag provided.

This device did what it was meant to do, and it did it easily. I strongly recommend it.

in the three weeks i used premium wifi it never once failed me, it has an incredible battery life that will last you the entire day. very cheap too!

We purchased two eSims for our first trip in Japan. The whole process to activate the eSims was simple, fast and easy. The price was very affordable and the service was smooth, too. We'll use Japan Wireless again if needed.
