I’ve been to Japan 3 times and twice I’ve ordered through Japan wireless. The process was painless from the get go. Ordering was easy, the pick up was straight forward and dropping off at the end of the trip was even easier.
The device itself survives a full day of trekking through the streets of Tokyo. Even when we ventured out to Nara and other remote parts we never had any issues.
Highly recommended!

Love the pocket wifi! Never had any issues with it, even in the more remote areas. Wish I could have one of these back home in Canada... Would definitely recommend for travellers!

Super convenient and worked 100% fine everywhere. We were in different cities in Japan and never experienced bad service even tho we had 4 devices conected at all times. This was perfect to use for gps and searching for places to go or eat. Its a good plus having the extra power supply battery good for your wifi puck or your smartphone. Thank you Japan Wireless. I would recommend this its cheap and conveniente. Would rent agaun when visiting Japan
