Excellent service

I rented a mobile WiFi for 10 days to travel around Japan and have to see it worked absolutely great for me. Device was waiting for me at my hotel when i arrived. I was traveling with 2 other family members and we all had no issues with connections or speed throughout our travels. I will definitely use Japan Wireless next time i go to Japan.

Japan Wireless sent my package to my hotel before I arrived as they said it would. The device was fantastic. The battery lasted almost all day (we never have to use the backup charger). The signal was strong and reliable. The return was also simple. We will use it again when we visit Japan next time.

Best prices I have seen! Faster internet than most hotels and unlimited at that! Usable with any wifi enable devices. Spent 12 days in Japan and used over 82GB. Speed always stayed above 50mbp down and 30 up!

The rental process and delivery to the hotel was seemless. The service worked well in the areas we travelled to. We will be travelling back to Japan in July and will use Japan Wireless again for that trip.

Could not have been any easier to use and very good price! Had coverage no matter where in Japan I traveled to.

Two weeks in Japan with family from Australia and three portable wifi sets to keep in touch and find our way with Google maps. Connectivity was excellent, price $6aud per day was very good and pick up and delivery from Narita was efficient.
