Great communication, easy to order, pickup and drop off. Would likely go with a SIM next time as the WIFI battery did not last a full day out, though it was nice to have the charger as a backup.

Was easy to order online, pickup and drop off. Everything worked as expected. No drama. I used it in Tokyo, Fuji 5 Lakes and Yokohama.

This was a great decision whilst travelling around Japan. No need to worry about finding different wifi options and still able to use in rural areas. Would highly recommend!
