This device is a must if you don’t speak any Japanese!
It’s easy to to use, just press power and you can instantly use this with your mobile phone. You get a extra power bank with it so you could use this WiFi device all day no problems at all!!

We have visited Japan for 3 weeks and Japan Wireless Business Pocket WiFi was the best and save the day. Without it we would never found many attractions to which we required to have google maps due to the lack of English speaking people around Japan. Customer service extremely good helped me when I was not able to recover the WiFi device from the post box in my building due to the unfriendly landlord. I will use again and I suggest everyone.

Hello, this service is perfectly organized. Good signal around Japan! High throughputs and low latency. Comfortable delivery and return by mail. Perfect choice. Recommended!

I have used your company about 5 times now. EXCELLENT.

This product was great use when travelling around Japan, it helped us get to locations with ease. Definitely recommend if you are travelling to Japan.

The battery was great. The internet was fast. I would suggest to put in extra traveler’s plug just in case if someone’s forgotten to bring one. I would definitely rent it again if I visit Japan.

reliable, good quality, easy to use and friendly staff

Great service! Very convenient

Frankly, we did not know that this device existed. Our Japanese friend said that it was essential for travel in Japan, and he was correct. Amazingly, we had outstanding WiFi service, through a small device in my pocket, that worked on both of our IPads and IPhones. This allowed us to consult Trip Advisor and Google Maps throughout our 18 days in Japan. We could not have been happier. Thank You.

The last three trips to Japan we have used Japan Wireless Pocket Wifi and the service is always 5-star and the best value. Pick it up at Narita Post Office and drop it back off at the end of your trip. The extra battery is a must if you are out all day and they include it as part of the package. The coverage is great and the Pocket WiFi has more capability than a Sim Card. We connect our phones and laptops and can make calls using WiFi calling. Be sure to ask your cellular provider to turn on 'WiFi Calling' before your trip.
