Quick delivery, reliable coverage

Super easy to order and use, recommend.

Worked great for our trip. Had two phones connected the whole trip with no issue. Fast internet speeds. Easy pick up/drop off. Compact and easily fit in my bag. Cheaper than international phone plan (and I have a locked phone, so can't use esim). Charge lasted usually a whole day depending on how late we were out. But it came with its own portable charger, which was convenient when needed. Only downside was that the range wasn't very wide, but it was just my husband and I. We didn't venture out separately from each other, so it wasn't much of an issue for us.

I need and use Wi-Fi even when walking between locations. This allows me to use Apple or Google Maps, and it helps me keep up with email and other communications. For me, Wi-Fi is necessary when traveling.

Excellent service. The device itself was adequate: great connection almost everywhere, but the battery life was modest. Japan Wireless was thoughtful enough to include a power bank. Also, they let me use the device beyond my order date when I extended my stay. I will definitely use this service again.

This was the best investment of our 2 week trip across multiple cities in Japan! I highly recommend this product to anyone needing a fast and user friendly wifi connection. We both had our phones linked all day and never had a slip in coverage, but we did turn it off overnight while charging so we didnt overuse the data. If we travel back to Japan, this will be the first thing we book!

The value was excellent. The price, performance, and ease of pickup/discarding at the beginning and end of the 15 day trip made this something to recommend to others.

The previous year, on my last visit, I had rented a portable wifi unit. It was fine, but using even a physical SIM was much easier. I didn't have to worry about losing the unit, or be burdened by carrying around what amounts to a second cellphone of size in my limited pocket space.

Using the SIM made casual outings much easier in comparison. Also, returning the rental portable wifi was more work than simply discarding at the end.

Worked seamlessly across cities. Delivery was quick and dropping it off was very easy.
