This is my third time going to Japan, and the third time that I order from Japan-Wireless. I have never had any problems with their WiFi, they deliver on time. It’s easy to pick out from the airport (where I wanted to get it). The function was great, I had internet everywhere. Convenient, easy, the return was easy as well. When people tell me they are going to Japan I recommend them to get their WiFi from Japan Wireless.
I have ordered their WiFi the day before my travels and they managed to get it to the airport the same time as I landed. This time Japan Wireless saw that I was landing in terminal 1 in Narita airport (not an option to choose from delivery place when ordering WiFi) and they told me that instead of me having to go to terminal 2 to pick it up, they were gonna send it to the post office in terminal 1. So convenient! Great service! Very Japan!

This is my third time with the pocket wifi, and it was better every time.
We have 4 devices connected, and no problem. And the delivery at the post office great, also returning it very easy. The pocket size is convenient and easy to use.

We rented 2 personal hotspots and a translator for our recent trip to Tokyo and are so glad we did! They were waiting for us when we arrived at our hotel (so easy to setup!) and we dropped them off at the airport (postal box) when departing. They worked well and allowed us to use WhatsApp when our family was split, checking out different things. One hotspot did stop working on day two, but we checked the enclosed instructions and followed the troubleshooting suggestion, which fixed the problem and it continued to work for the rest of the trip. Highly recommend!!

Good service, useful, powerful and with a wide range

Was easy to use and got what I paid for without much trouble.

Pocket W-Fi was delivered on time. No issues with the Wi-Fi. Only thing is the Pocket Wi-Fi was not charged when it was delivered to me.

Facilissimo il ritiro del router all'Ufficio Postale dell'aeroporto di Narita (ovviamente tempo di attesa zero). Utilizzato per 9 gg ha funzionato benissimo, connessione flat veloce e stabile. La batteria non dura tutto il giorno ma col power bank fornito in dotazione si arriva tranquillamente a 24h/24, ricaricando la notte. Restituzione facile come il ritiro. Da super-consigliare senza alcuna esitazione!!!!

So easy and convenient. Pickup at the Haneda Airport was simple. The envelope came with detailed instructions regarding the return at the airport which was a breeze. The connection was always fast and never had an issue. Highly recommend!

Best choice for good wi fi communication. Battery Works for 20 hours, great for more than two persons
