It worked great and was really easy to get installed into your phone.

We traveled from Tokyo to Hiroshima and points in between and had great service everywhere we went. Pick-up from the airport was very easy and we connected and were online immediately. I was grateful for the battery back-up a couple of times as well. Thanks!

I used the pocket WiFi for an 18 day visit to Japan. We stayed in Tokyo, Hakone, Kyoto and visited Osaka and Nara.
Regardless where we were, we had good connectivity all the time. When you are trying to access Google Maps or other online information this was invaluable.
The charge on the device lasted all day for us (and there was a battery pack for extra charge for heavier users).
Japan Wireless delivered the device to our first hotel so it was available for us immediately. (I think you can pickup at airport if you wish).
Returning it with the prepaid packaging was also very easy.
I would strongly recommend this device if you need internet connectivity on your travels.

My wife's phone didn't support eSIM. This solution was great for 12days.

Easy, good service and really useful.

WiFi connection was seamless throughout my 2 week visit. The power pack came in handy and I used it to charge my phone while traveling. The connection was good even when it was used on trains! Great experience and will not hesitate to use Japan Wireless again!

Very stable network. Will for sure purchase again when we go next year.

the router worked great during our trip in Japan.
Delivery and sending back was very easy.

We picked up the SIM at the airport and inserted it in our phone. Worked perfectly. Didn't work on our portable router

We are very happy with the product and service provided by Japan wireless.
