This product worked flawlessly in every part of the country we visited. Tokyo, Kyoto, Hiroshima, Fukuoka, Osaka. Battery lasted the entire day from early morning to late evening on a single charge. Great product, great value.

I have used Japan Wireless service on numerous occasions when visiting Japan. It's easy to set up, reliable and beats trying to log in to various free wifi spots when out and about. Getting on in years,Japan Wireless wifi makes connecting to the world very easy and hassle-free. Will.use them again next time I visit.

Japan Wireless's wifi service continues to deliver dependable, quality service. I've been using their service since 2022 and have never been disappointed. The coverage is excellent.

I had a minor issue initially as I tried to activate the SIM card during the network maintenance period. However, once that was resolved, it worked perfectly at the expected speed and for the entire planned duration. Great service overall!

Excellent wi- fi ! No problems at all ! Thanks!

The signal strength was good throughout my travels. Only thing is that they deactivate on the previous day of the return at 11:59pm, so you won’t be able to use the WiFi on the day of return.

It was my first time using pocket WiFi service and everything went smoothly. Would highly recommend!

Used this for about a week and a half and worked great! Battery lasted all day and had service just about everywhere I went. Very easy to set up and use and a good size for portability. Convenient pickup and easy drop off with clear instructions! Price point was competitive with other brands. Customer service is quick and friendly! Would highly recommend if you are looking for a pocketwifi while in Japan.

My experience with Japan Wireless was simply perfect. Everything, from pick up, to delivery, not to mention signal covering, was just great, all at a fairy price!

Very useful, effective and user friendly.
