Couldn’t imagine travelling without one of these anymore. We used it constantly without any trouble. Particularly invaluable when stuck at a train station and all trains on our line cancelled and needed to book a bus to next city online. We would have been really stuck without access to wifi and handy to have instant access. The pick up/post back process was easy too. Highly recommend Japan Wireless

Very good WiFi, would recommend

We had such a great experience using this unit. It gave us great Wifi wherever we went and the battery would last us all day. We only had to use the battery pack once. will use it again when we are in Japan on our next trip.

Device worked as expected, no issues or bugs encountered over two weeks.

To be honest this was the easiest way for me to have wifi. Im not sure if it’s on the pricey side ($60-$70) because it was the first one that i saw but i have no complaints.

I REALLY DIDN'T HV TO USE THE BACKUP BATTERY, THE WIFI LASTED THE WHOLE DAY. ALSO, I WAS SOO HAPPY TO RECEIVE THE WIFI THE DAY BEFORE MY ARRIVAL.

The service is really perfect!
