Stable WiFi coverage everywhere I travelled in Japan. Unit was delivered to my hotel on arrival and was easy to return via post box.

Faultless service, excellent coverage

My boyfriend and I were able to pick up our portable wifi at KIX airport and was able to drop it off at a postal box in NRT airport. The connection was always stable and battery life of the device was sufficient for a full day out.

Easy and seamless experience from beginning to end!

Very easy to use and highly recommended

Our Japan Wireless device was at our hotel when we arrived despite ordering it just before we left Australia. The device was very easy to use and came with a return bag and instructions on how to return through the postal system. It was convenient to return the device through the post box at the airport. The wireless device was great to have as we were using a lot of trains and it was helpful to look up train times and platforms. I strongly recommend hiring a Japan Wireless.

I had a great experience with your service, great speed and signal everywhere, the only feedback I would give is that the power bank you gave didnt work, but everything else was excellent!

It worked great. The battery lasted long and I had connection almost ever

Japan wireless is very convenient and hassle free wifi services! I highly recommend this to those who are planning to visit Japan. Easy to use and no dead spot! Battery lasts for a day and they also provide power bank. Try their wifi service! You'll get what you paid for ❤️
