This pocket wifi was wonderful. It worked much better than the e-sim that my husband used from a different company. We will definitely use Japan wireless when we visit again. Thank you very much.

このポケットWi-Fiは素晴らしかったです。夫が別の会社のe-simを使っていた時よりもずっとうまく機能しました。また訪れた時は必ずジャパンワイヤレスを利用します。ありがとうございました。

I love Japan Wireless premium WiFi package. Ordering, pick up, use and return is easy and convenient. Will definitely continue to use Japan Wireless when traveling in Japan!

I've used this wifi twice and it has always worked flawlessly with good speeds

Very good condition of internet

I've used the Japanese Wireless Premium service on many occasions, and it is always great

Worked great, did have some weird storage issues with my phone and was a little confusing to me personally to set up but really no complaints!

Great as always,
Second time i used it and it has no problems at all.

Easy to use and return. Worked perfectly for our 2 weeks trip. Returned via post, 0 hassle and internet until we passed the gate at the airport. The pick up point was a bit hard to find, it was in an officebuilding, we thought we were tresspassing :') very friendly helpful staff (australian guy)

Easy pick up right after you pass through customs in Haneda. Worked perfect for the week in Japan. Charge on unit lasted entire day for texting, email and phone calls. No streaming done.
Envelope provided for easy drop off at airport mailbox before checking in. (Drop off Osaka/Kix)

Worked perfectly. Battery has enough capacity for one day.
