Our flight was rebooked and we arrived 2 days later. Fortunately, the simcard was still there and ready for pick up. Much appreciated.

Pick up an envelop at the airport post office with your device. It comes with a little zip bag to take with you on your journey. At the end of your rental period just put everything in an extra envelop you also received and post it back. Very happy with this way of staying in contact every were I went.

The service was easy to collect /drop at the Narita airport mail boxes. I appreciated they included the charger and the poach to keep the device safe. The use time was very long, the battery lasted for a whole day of constant use and the signal was great everywhere I went.
