From reservation to pickup & drop off my experience was seamless. the directions provided were easy to follow and made getting connected so we could start our vacation faster a great experience! I’d highly recommend Japan Wireless!

Very efficient service

I'm very happy japan-wireless customer. Everything was perfectly fine. Getting the device was very easy and simple as well as returning. Hardware and network speed was extremely well. Price was the lowest in the market. Literally nothing more to add than say big thank you.👍

Very good solution. Everything worked perfectly. Great way of obtaining and handing over the device.

Wifi/google maps is a must have in Japan, wifi was always fast a reliable!

Only place it didn’t work too well was on the bullet train from Tokyo to Osaka

Japan Wireless never let me down (whether I was in the northern countryside in a remote village, in Buddhist temple jungles or navigating the underground mazes of the Kyoto Train Station. Super strong signal, clear instructions, back up charger and long lasting battery. Never worried about Google Maps dropping or Google Camera-Text Translate pausing mid sentence. Fabulous connection! When I visit Japan again, Japan Wireless is the very first thing I order to my lodging so it's there for Day 1!

Everything worked great!

I had good reception and speed my entire trip, including villages outside of major cities. The batteries on our units lasted at least 12 hours of use. Overall I was pleasantly surprised with the experience.
