It is really convenient and efficient, the battery lasts for almost a full day with two users. We had a small issue a weekend when we could not have access to internet, but it got solved rapidly with the help of Japan Wireless staff and there were no other problems during the four months of use. I recommend.

Te entregan una batería para las recargas, pero también se puede utilizar una propia que puede ser más rápida

Used the pocket wifi on my trip to Hokkaido, Sapporo. No problems and was always able to access my data when I needed it. I must get when traveling internationally.

Was worried when I booked and got device to be sent to the hotel as I was only there for 1 night only. Did not need to worry as Japan Wireless was great in communication and tracked the parcel online so I knew it was at the hotel. Worked easily and lasted most of the day which just needed the powerbank just once or twice. No access issues in Osaka and Nagoya. Would use again when I am in Japan again

Viajábamos un grupo de 6 personas y usamos el router para estar conectados durante el viaje por Japón. No tuvimos problemas de cobertura durante el viaje y el router aguantaba bien todo el día. En alguna ocasión usamos la batería suplementaria que venía con el router. La entrega en el hotel y la devolución en un buzón de correos se realizó sin ningún problema. Totalmente recomendable

Very easy process. Wi fi device was at our hotel when we arrived. Allowed us to use all our devices 2 iPhones, an iPad with the one wifi cost, saving money by not having to pay our local costs for each of our devices.

I highly recommend anyone visiting Japan to get this portable wifi. I’d say 90% coverage and it has decent speed. We were using this as a group of three and it was very reliable. The only downside/bottleneck would be power. It does include a power bank for charge but I’d say bring a bigger capacity power bank if you have. Highly recommend this option especially if you are sim-locked or carrier locked.

Super easy to pick up at the airport. Simple directions in the envelope. Worked great most of the time. Only issue was on the bullet train although I suspect that would be true for any carrier? Overall, very happy and would use again.

Good plan works well in most area.
