We traveled all over Tokyo for two weeks. The Pocket WiFi worked well, all day, every day. We had backup batteries and rarely had to use them, the unit seems to be fairly power efficient. We lived on Google during our entire trip and the data rates were great. There were a couple of places where the cell usage was very dense, like inside Big Sight during the Con and it was tough to get out. In all fairness, everyone inside was having trouble getting out, too.

It is a perfect portable, personal and thereby a safe WiFi. Wherever we went the WiFi worked as it should.

Loved being able to be online with this premium wi-fi device during my stay in Japan. Easy to order, easy to pick up and it came with clear instructions on how to get it working. Together with the power bank it provided me with wifi all day long. This way I could always find my way to and from destinations, connect with handy travel apps when needed and it made communication with my family and friends worldwide easy and affordable. Highly recommended!

After reviews I rented pocket WiFi from Japan wireless. The packet was perfectly delivered to my hotel prior to my arrival and it worked like a charm during my holidays in Japan. I was always connected to the internet! The backup battery was extremely useful too !

Everything worked as described and it was very fast. Pick up and drop off was a breeze using the preprinted shipping labels. I wish this service was available all across the world.
