We are glad we went for this service. I was able to work on board the train at very high speeds with hardly any drop out. Speeds were good. We could depend on it everywhere we went.

It was easy to pick it up at the airport and return it by Mail. It worked really well everywhere I went in Japan (even northern part of Japan). Highly recommend to all. Very reliable and good company. I also used a discount code which helped me more staying in Japan for 30 days. Thank you Japan Wireless! I will call you again.

It was easy to pick up and drop off. It was handy to have the additional battery pack as we were out all day sightseeing and exploring.

We went to Kyoto, Hakone and Tokyo and we never had a problem.

We were really happy with our Japan wireless. It worked well for 4 people, even when we were in different hotel rooms.

Could not fault this at all, we had 3 phones connected and not once did we have an issue. It was delivered to our hotel and available as soon as we checked in. Returns process was easy too. Would recommend to anyone needing internet on the go

Dont hesitate about getting this portable wifi. I rented this for 3 weeks on my trip to japan and me and my friend couldnt live without it. Only downside: when you go in a train through tunnels the wifi wont work for some reason. But overall it worked great!
