Absolutely LOVE this service. Easy to use, works flawlessly. When I got a notice that I was out of data and it wouldn't work, I sent a panicked email to JP Wireless (of course it was on a Saturday night). In about 2 few hours I got a response on how to reset it. I didn't realize until I was packing everything up to return that they included the instructions on how to reset (its on the back)! Amazing battery life. Only had to use a backup charger on rare occassions. Fast, unlimited wifi. Easy return and the price was a tremendous value. Absolutely loved it and can't recommend to others enough! Thank you!

I took this device around with me everywhere I went. I had some issues with the external battery pack where it wouldn't charge the device but had my own battery pack which worked out fine.
