It worked properly and fast and the extra-battery was really helpful. Easy to pickup and return. Essential for your trip through Japan.

I used Japan Wireless's service four times in the last two years. Each time I used SIM Data Card and it worked fine both in metropolitan and rural areas. The speed is good and the service is good enough to make VoIP calls so it can be used to call mobile or landline numbers.

I never came close to the 500 MB daily limit.

I always had the card delivered to Narita airport and there was never a problem with collecting it.

Communication with the staff over email is efficient.

I'm planning to go to Japan again this Autumn and I have no intention to look for another provider.

we used this pocket wifi for 15 days, it was fast, reliable, and the autonomy was ok with 3 devices connected all the day long on it. It comes with a external battery in case of. Super easy to collect at the airport, ready to use, and when you leave just drop it off in a letter box ! will definitively use it again.

We had our Pocket Wifi delivered to our hotel. When we checked in, the package had already arrived. But when we opened the package, we noticed that the charging cable was missing. So we mailed Japan Wireless to ask if they could send us the cable. Within a few hours they responded and the next day the charging cable arrived at our hotel.

The Pocket Wifi worked perfectly. No problems with the connections whatsoever. If we return to Japan we will definitely rent from Japan Wireless again.

The pocket wifi work really well and we used it all day every day for our two devices. It was so easy and so reliable. Make sure you take the portable battery with you though as towards the end of the day we needed to charge it some more.

We have rented the Wi-Fi modem for 21 days and it worked fast and perfectly in every location. Without it we would have been totally lost! It was conveniently delivered to our hotel and made easy, to return it with the prepaid envelop. We have rented through Japan Wireless based on the good reviews and we 100% recommend it!

This is the second time I’ve used this service and it’s always reliable! A full charge on the device gives you seamless wifi wherever you go for the day and makes travelling infinitely easier. Even in the remote regions of Japan it never loses connection.

Also, when I accidentally sent my pocket wifi to pickup at Narita airport instead of Osaka, they notified me literally minutes after my flight landed and had my pocket wifi delivered to my hotel the next morning at no extra cost which I was incredibly grateful for.

Three perfect weeks, thank you so much. Everything's made so easy from pick up, to set up and final drop off. I think there were only two or three days when we had to use the back up battery for the router and that's with it being on and in use constantly from 7am to 8pm.
