Excellent service and works with good coverage everywhere.

But, of course, you need to keep an eye on the battery as with any mobile device.

We forgot to organise wifi so we booked this in Cairns airport minutes before we flew to Japan and it was ready at the airport as soon as we got there! Great super-fast wifi, even in Okinawa! We will definitely use Japan Wireless next time we go to Japan!

We stayed for 5 days and ordered Premium Wi-FI to be used by 3 perons. Easy to order and to collect at the airport Haneda. Used it directly and it worked perfectly. Constant good, high and stable connection! Also very easy to return...next time will do the same!

We picked this up at the Narita airport and had it set up in minutes. Super easy to connect. We had 4 people connected all day and never died on us, also comes with it's own battery pack just incase you're out for long periods of time. Returning it was also super easy, there are multiple mail boxes throughout the airport so we never had to go out of our way. Highly recommend!

This device was really reliable and a great choice while travelling! The only slight issue is the battery life is not excellent but it usually has pretty fast wifi
