Used Japan Wireless 8 times in the past three years. Faultless service.

I would strongly recommend this company. Corresponding with them was simple, sensible and satisfactory. The unit I received worked really well with no issues whatsoever. There's not much more to say really.

I would highly recommend Japan Wireless. No downtime and it is very convenient.

My trip to Japan would have been much more difficult without my WiFi device. It was delivered to my hotel by Japan Wireless and was waiting for me when I arrived. I brought it with me everywhere and was able to access Google maps to help me get around Tokyo and find the train times and transport routes. It connected without any problem to the network and I could access all my emails and social media wherever I went. I was even able to share it with a friend. The drop off at the airport also was very easy. I recommend this company highly.

Everywhere excellent WiFi in Japan, in the car, while our walking trip, in the cities and even on sea.

A little pricey but worth it - fast, reliable and easy to use! Allowed us to find our way around Japan with ease.

Good battery and network everywhere. The only problem was that the network didn't work properly for two days.

Easy to use, fast, and enable you to have wifi pretty much everywhere. I was in the middle of the Seto inland sea, and still had wifi, wow.

The only thing is that it was unlimited data, but I realised unlimited is way too much, especially when you can use hotel wifi or things like that. Unlimited costs more, so choosing less will still be an amazing investment ! =)
