Would definitely use Japan Wireless again. Worked everywhere & the speeds were great. Power Pack at no extra cost was very handy - not only for long days on the wi-fi but also for boosting phone batteries.

Fantastic product and service. Quick and simple pick up and drop off, light and small unit, very easy to set up, excellent connection even when in rural areas, strong signal even for streaming tv shows and great battery life (didn’t need to use the battery pack though reassuring to have). Brilliant from start to finish. I’d 100% recommend if you are visiting and travelling around Japan and want to have mobile connectivity.

Ordered online from the UK the device was waiting for us at our Hotel when we arrived in Tokyo. Portable wifi worked wherever we travelled in Japan. Simple to set up and we just popped it in the envelope and handed it back to our hotel reception when we departed.

we were 15 days, never had a problem, it lasts more than 12 hours and I never had a signal problem and we toured Japan from Tokyo to Hiroshima. Returned in the envelope to the post office on the airport. perfect ! thanks a lot. In future I will use it again for sure

We rent the pocket wi fi for 13 days. It works perfectly. We never need to use the power bank because the battery lasts for more than 8h.

We watched YouTube videos, google maps ALL the time, google translate. Pick up and delivering really fast and without issues. I highly recommend this wi fi and believe me: you gonna need a LOT. Thank you.
