We vacationed in Japan for Thanksgiving week It’s a must to have wireless. We got ours delivered to our hotel. It was delivered ahead of time and we got it on check in. Also returning it was simple and easy. Deposited it in the mail in the airport. Received a confirmation email that they received it. Price was great deal.

Didn’t have any issues. Simple and easy to use.

This is very easy to order/ get at Tokyo airport

Greatest decision! No issues fast east connection and it comes with power bank to charge! Pick up drop off was simple too!

Reliable service with good communication, highly recommended.

Our rental units were delivered to our hotel which was very convenient for us and the unit itself was very easy to use. Thank you Japan Wireless!

It was so easy to pick up and drop off at the airport. The speed was also great! There were two people connected to it and we were able to stream videos with no issue. Totally recommend it!

Had no issues with this device whatsoever. Easy to use, share etc

A friend recommended pocket WiFi for our month in Japan and it was the best investment we made. Pick up at Narita was quick and easy, it only took a moment to set up the device and the coverage was fantastic, from Aomori to Hiroshima. The battery never ran out, the price was great and it was nice to just drop it in a mailbox when we were ready to leave.

Pick up was easy, connection was easy and extra battery really helped!!!
And return was easy!

This is the best deal!
