Perfetto, non abbiamo avuto alcun problema. Batteria di scorta inclusa molto comoda anche se il dispositivo rimane tranquillamente carico per tutta la giornata.

The quality of the wireless itself is excellent. No complain about that.
The pick up and the return also perfect.
However, the battery life of the device is not that good. Most of the time half a day worth of battery, good thing that they provide a power bank inside the package. Sometimes it is enough sometimes it is not.
Overall I would recommend this service to anyone who would travel to Japan and I will use the service again whenever I come to Japan again.

Strong signal throughout 10-day trip Tokyo, Miura and Izu penensla, and Mt Fuji areas. Easy pickup and dropoff. Competitive price. Very happy!

Convenient airport pickup, easy to use & reliable. Very glad we hired.

Everyone should get a pocket wifi for Japan! It was incredibly easy to use and operate throughout the day. I was so pleased to get the additional battery pack, anytime I needed emergency wifi it came in handy to charge the device. But I must say the battery on the pocket wifi was amazing, lasted for a full day. Highly recommended! And amazing quality for the best price, I did hours of research and this was the most affordable and yet was the best pocket wifi I've ever used! Definitely going to get another one for my next visit soon! Thank you!

Had initial problem with delivery due to hotel misplacing item but it was quickly resolved by Japan Wireless. Thank you very much.

Pickup was easy at the airport! Came charged and in great condition. Battery kept its charge for a reallllly long time. My bro-in-law got one from Sushi and his kept dying after 2 hrs. Mine would go a full day and full evening! Return was incredibly easy at the airport, in a provided/labeled envelope! I mean, really could not have been a better experience. Thank you!!!

Two thumbs up.
Great connection and the poavket wifi did not discharge easily.
Will definitely rent this everytime we visit JJapan.

The service was amazing. I was able to pick it up and return it with no problem. The WIFI signal was working even while hiking up the mountains. Strongly recommend!
