My phone carrier doesn't work in Japan, but with the help of the pocket wifi I was still able to use the internet for translations and alternate text and speech apps. The additional battery charger helped me out greatly. I'll be using your service the next time I'm in Japan. Easy to book, low cost, and even easier to return.

Easy to use and worked perfectly. It came with backup battery, but we never had to use it. Charge lasted us all day.

Delivery desk was close to the arrival exit, quick and easy pick up.
During our stay the wifi was super fast, battery lasted until about 8:00pm but we had the extra battery which helped a lot. There were three devices connected to it, it never slowed down.
The only complain is at the end of our stay it would sometimes disconnect a device, we would connect again and the problem was solved. I only happened the last couple of days.
Overall I was so happy to have chosen this provider.
Price was great as well.
